Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital goods
Worksheets, year packs, and annual access are digital goods that unlock immediately on purchase. As with most non-returnable digital content, refund eligibility is necessarily limited once access has been granted.
2. Refund window
You may request a refund within [refund window — e.g. 24 hours of purchase — to be confirmed] of your purchase, [provided no worksheet from that purchase has been downloaded — to be confirmed]. Once any sheet covered by a purchase has been downloaded, that purchase is not eligible for a refund.
3. How to request a refund
Email us at [contact email — to be confirmed]with your account email/phone and the order you'd like refunded. This is currently a manual process — we review the request against our records and, if approved, process the refund directly through Razorpay. There is no automated self-service refund flow today.
4. Processing time
Once a refund is approved, Razorpay typically settles it back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer, not us).
5. Non-refundable cases
Purchases on accounts terminated for sharing-abuse (see our Terms of Service, Section 8) are not eligible for a refund.
